RICHARD A. GRASSO
Richard has been officiating weddings since 2003 and conducts weddings every weekend during the summer months.
In 1990, Richard moved to California from New Jersey, he earned his bachelor's degree in History, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he also studied French and Spanish. When Richard is not conducting weddings, he teaches high school Social Studies in Los Angeles.
Richard issues the California Marriage License for weddings taking place in Los Angeles County.
